Hilary Wicks Morrow is a partner at Roebothan McKay Marshall, where she has built a broad-based practice over more than a decade of practice in Newfoundland and Labrador. She advises clients in personal injury, corporate and commercial law, real estate, wills and estates, and employment law — a range that allows her to act for individuals, families, and businesses through the full arc of a matter, from a first transaction to a difficult claim.

Clients rely on Hilary as a trusted advisor. Many have worked with her for years and return to her as their businesses grow and their circumstances change, whether the matter at hand is a share purchase, an employment issue, a property transaction, or a serious injury claim. She takes the time to understand what a client is really trying to achieve, gives candid advice on the options, and stays close to the file until it is done.

Hilary is also active in public and community service. She serves as Commissioner of Lobbyists for the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Chair of the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board, Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador, and Vice Chair of Ronald McDonald House Newfoundland and Labrador.

Outside the office, Hilary’s time belongs to her family — chiefly her two-year-old son and the family dog.
